The Woodman (13615 Ventura Blvd., Sherman Oaks, CA; 818.386.9401) is a new spot to grab burgers and beers from the guys behind The Surly Goat. Here, they are doing rustic with different colored woods, a marble bar, black leather tufted seats, tree trunk stools, steel accents and farming tools as decorations.
They are serving up bacon burgers (and other burgers), chocolate-fernet martinis, unusual craft beers, craft cocktails and a large whiskey list.
