Bountiful Bakery

Bountiful Bakery (3527 N. Verdugo Rd., Glendale, CA 91208) has opened up with Denise Assad’s pastries and pies. Each day, expect an array including cinnamon jelly donuts, apricot rugelach turnovers, chocolate babka, scones, muffins (blueberry cobbler, apple cobbler), and pumpkin bread pudding in the morning served with Stumptown Coffee. Now, that is a breakfast! In the afternoon, munch on sea salt chocolate chunk cookies, chocolate dipped coconut macaroons, salted caramel pecan bars, chocolate caramel brownies, pumpkin with ginger streusel bars, lemon-coconut bars, cakes (carrot, coconut, blackout, NY cheesecake), pies (cream and fruit filled), and more. Not a sweet person? Try a hand pie stuffed with spinach and feta, leek quiche, Sherpard’s pie  or a chicken pot pie. Full menu here.
