Meat District Co., (69 N Raymond Ave., Pasadena, CA) has opened in Pasadena with a new “Paddock to Plate” Menu! Meat District Co. aims to re-awaken your senses with a new kind of dining. With decor by design rm DS17, they created a blend of old-school and contemporary style in an open and rustic space.

Now, let’s get down to it. The meat! Meat District Co. works in partnership with some of America’s most sustainable producers delivering dishes of quality & taste. They aim to have you addicted by the time you (have to) leave. They always use all natural “never ever” beef, which is free of hormones, steroids and antibiotics.

Their menu consists of appetizers like five spice chicken wings; grilled melon with goat cheese; tuna tataki; crackling fingers (roast pork cracklings); and crab & shrimp fritters. There also salad that you can add steak, chicken, tuna, grilled mushrooms and grilled veggies to. They have a slew of burgers from the surf & turf that is topped with a spicy lemon, chili crab and shrimp mix to the brie burger topped with brie cranberry sauce and horseradish.

In the pulls section you will find roasted lamb pull, slow roasted pork shoulder, the steak roll which you can get with cheese and jalapeño or natural and the dog. When it comes to the grill, you can get chicken, petite fillet, flat iron, sirloin, rib eye, the porter house or combos of all of those. You can also add extras like grilled bacon, fried egg and the wizz (BBQ & cheese sauce).

Meat District Co. also plans to open a venue in West Hollywood in the near future.
