Commissary

Roy Choi’s Commissary (3515 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles CA) is opening today in Koreatown on the second floor of The Line Hotel. This casual, veggie restaurant is the fourth installment of Chef Choi’s different places for the hotel. He calls Commissary a produce garden restaurant. You will be eating from the garden and dining in a greenhouse. The restaurant isn’t vegetarian, but vegetable focused. It’s an homage to all the people and families in SoCal that work on farms to bring food to tables.
