After you settle in, order up some cocktails like the Decadentes (tequila, green tea, guava puree, lime juice, green tea syrup); Eddies (Auchentoshan 3 Wood, Ancho Reyes, banana syrup, coffee tincture); Winnie (my brother’s nickname for me) (Beefeater, Darjeeling syrup, giffard apricot00; and Seymour (my grandpa’s name) (Mandarine Napoleon, Fernet, lemon juice, ginger syrup, mint tea sugar rim).
