Town, (5101 York Blvd., Los Angeles, CA) is a retro-esque New York-style pizza parlor with subway tiles, an arrow made of light bulbs, raw wood, cement floors and a painting of the Statue of Liberty holding a slice of pizza. The spot is a counter serving kind of place with slices like mole with house made pulled pork, corn, and queso fresco; vegan roasted garlic; pepperoni; pesto; or the sausage (made with Lindy & Grundy meat) . By-the-slice pizzerias are hard to come by in Los Angeles, so that alone makes this place unique.
Delivery is coming soon along with the larger dining room in next door.
