Welcome a new cafe in Koreatown that has quite the name to live up to. Awesome Coffee, (3959 Wilshire Blvd., Ste A21, Los Angeles, CA 90010) is serving up specialty coffee from multiple roasters, waffles and liquid nitrogen ice cream in a minimal space with homey decor. From couches you can sink into to vintage phones to antique record players, you can enjoy your pastries among all the tchotchkes. The coffee menu is full of espresso drinks, pourovers and affogatos. Pretty standard fare.
