Coffee Colab, (305 E 8th St., #3, Los Angeles, CA 90021) has come to DTLA and it is just that, a collaboration from Leon Li (The Humble Cup), Sonny Mediana (Taza Social Coffee House), and Williams Miyazaki (Suits & Knives). They support coffee roasters around Los Angeles and use Suits & Knives’ roasting operation. You can expect brews from Andante, Augie’s, and maybe you’ll discover your new favorite. Open 7 am-7 pm.
