Blaze Pizza, (110 S Fairfax Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90036; 323.931.8000)has opened up right across the street from the Farmer’s Market on Fairfax. The plan here is just like the other Los Angeles locations. Watch as a circle of dough is stretched out into the basis of a pie, pick your sauce, cheese, and toppings, and into the hot wood-burning oven it goes. They have pizzas, salads, and a s’mores pie for dessert. Open daily, 11 am-10 pm.
