Petrossian Presents Tequila Tasting Dinner

Petrossian is having an evening dedicated to tequila. Executive Chef Giselle Wellman will present a five course menu inspired by her Mexican roots and paired alongside the many 123 Organic Tequila labels. David Ravandi, founder and expert behind 123 Organic Tequila, will be there to guide you through the Mexican-inspired culinary experience and the 100% sustainably made national spirit. Menu highlights include Jicama Smoked Trout Taco with tequila-infused Petrossian trout roe; Carnitas a la Bourguignon with bacon, cilantro, beer, tequila, and polenta; and final course of Paletas D’Ananas with pina con chile.
