Bar Nine Collective, (3515 Helms Ave., Culver City, CA, 90232; 310.837.7815) is from Jereme Pitts and Zayde Naquib and has been soft open for six months but they are now officially open. Get drip coffee and espresso from their fancy shmancy machines. They also have stuff for tea drinkers. Enjoy oolong teas along with house-baked pastries, and savory breakfast bites. If you are an uber can-live-without-my-coffee kind of person, join in their public cuppings and tastings on Sundays and classes for home baristas. Open 7 am-6 pm on weekdays, and 8 am on weekends.
