The food is incredible. We feasted on Crab Salad (Jumbo lump crab with grapefruit suegmets, honeydew melon, shaved hearts of palm, avocado, ginger vinaigrette); Beef Tartare (Prime filet, gribiche vinaigrette (parsley, capers, grain mustard) truffle aioli, sea salt potato chips, frisee salad); Scallops (Sunchoke Puree, maitaki mushroom, charred onion and sesame vinaigrette, sunchoke chips); Oysters and caviar; Citrus salad; Beet salad with goat cheese cream (whipped goat cheese, horseradish, Dijon), candied walnuts, apple gastrique, arugula; Seared Ahi Tuna; Lamb Chops with kale-chard, sweet potato puree, lamb-rosemary jus, sausage merguez (lamb sausage); Truffle Fried Chicken, an elevated version of your every day fried chicken; Porterhouse that’s Dry aged, 24oz, Certified Angus Beef (natural beef no hormones); and a Rib Eye.
Sides include Green Beans with soy sauce, butter, garlic, chili oil; Truffle Potatoes with parmesan, chives, sea salt, fresh cracked pepper; Twice baked potatoes; Mixed mushrooms with Mornay sauce (cheese sauce) shallots, thyme, chives; Crab Lobster Mac; and Brocolini Gratin.
Make sure to ask about the secret menu when you go to STK because they have one of the best Caesar salad I have ever had. They make theirs with kale. In the Kale Caesar you ‘ll find Kale, arugula, romaine hearts, parmesan croutons, parmesan lemon dressing.
Dessert comes by way of a Cookie with house made ice cream; their signature STK donuts with a Maple glaze, candied pecans, whipped vanilla crème fraiche; and I loved that they were bring back the Baked Alaska made with house made ice cream, chocolate sponge, raspberry sponge.
