Macallan Scotch Tasting
On Wednesday, February 5th at 5:30 pm, attend a Macallan tasting with brand ambassador Kieron Elliott, who will serve five Macallan family Marques (Highland Park 12 Year and 18-Year; Macallan Sherry Oak 12-Year and 18-Year, Fine Oak 15-Year). The event will be hosted on the Bar Centro Terrace where tickets holders will have access to the restaurant’s extensive cigar menu (for an additional fee) and a selection of tapas from The Bazaar. $49; stay for dinner at The Bazaar after the event and enjoy 20% off your dinner bill.
Black Truffle Menu at SAAM at The Bazaar by Jose Andres
SAAM’s truffle dinner series will continue with the debut of this year’s black truffles starting February 13th, and will run through March 15th. Chef Jose Andres and his culinary team at SAAM have created a playful and inventive 18-course ($250) menu featuring black truffles foraged by The Truffle Brothers, Michael and Marco Pietroiacovom, of Italy.
