Sweet Rose Creamery Open on Beverly Blvd.

Santa Monica restaurateurs Josh Loeb and Zoe Nathan and Co-Owner/Executive Chef Shiho Yoshikawa debut the third location of their Sweet Rose Creamery (7565 Beverly Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90057) this Wednesday. The small batch ice cream shop seats twenty people inside and twelve on the outside patio. Designed by Los Angeles-based Montalba Architects, the shop utilizes plywood and blackened steel, along with natural elements, like a trellis covered in passion fruit vines on the patio enclosure. There’s also added whimsical elements like the chalkboard-painted cabinets and vintage schoolhouse chairs.

Like its sister locations, the shop will have a rotating selection of Yoshikawa’s classic and seasonally-inspired flavors of ice cream, like Yam Swirl with Salty Sesame Brittle, Malted Chocolate with Hazelnut Praline, and Tangerine Sorbet, alongside her signature shakes, sundaes, ice cream sandwiches, and more. Nathan’s sweet and savory pastries—baked fresh daily at Milo & Olive—will also be available, alongside a full service espresso and coffee bar with single-origin pour-over, espresso and affogato options, and 24-hour cold brews from local roaster Caffe Luxxe. Daily specials and seasonal flavors for each location can be found by following Sweet Rose Creamery on Facebook and Twitter.
