All-Star Chef Classic

The first ever, All-Star Chef Classic is hitting Los Angeles and bringing you all your favorite celeb chefs. You can expect to see Roy Choi, Michael Cimarusti, Josiah Citrin,Ludo Lefebvre, Nancy Silverton, out of towners Dominique Crenn,Naomi Pomeroy, Paul Qui, and French chefs Iñaki Aizpitarte, Marc Meneau, and Alain Passard, among others.

During the three day event, the center of the action will be the “Restaurant Stadium,” where you can watch from a small VIP stadium setting.  There will also be a “Chefs’ Tasting Arena” on L.A. LIVE’s Event Deck. Events include:

French Masters Dinner
The French Masters Dinner celebrates the French culinary world through the generations, hosted by Los Angeles’ own Ludo Lefebvre. Chef Ludo will welcome two of the world’s greatest chefs (and his mentors), Alain Passard and Marc Meneau, along with Paris “it” chef, Iñaki Aizpitarte, for a one in a live time culinary collabo. The chefs will be joined by special guests and prepare a five course dinner for a select group, along with a pairing of French wine. Diamond (VIP) – $300 / Gold – $250; March 21, 7 pm; Restaurant Stadium at L.A. All-Star Lunch
This Lunch celebrates the amazing women in the culinary industry with a five course lunch. Chefs Nancy Silverton, Nancy Oakes, Waylynn Lucas, Dominique Crenn and Naomi Pomeroy will cook, plate, present and discuss their dishes and techniques. Diamond (VIP) – $125 / Gold – $100; March 22, 12-2:30 pm; Restaurant Stadium at L.A. Grill and Chill
This nighttime event celebrates the many ways different cultures embrace cooking over an open flame. Chefs will showcase their techniques, there will be cookbook signings, recipe ideas and VIP lounge areas for guests to relax and enjoy. Diamond (VIP) – $150 / Gold – $100; March 22, 7:30-10 pm; Chefs’ Tasting Arena/Restaurant Stadium at L.A. Savor the Season Presented by Melissa’s Produce
This event wraps up the weekend with a Farmer’s Market celebration of what LA has in abundance – seasonal, fresh, local ingredients cooked up by All-Star chefs including Wylie Dufresne, Graham Elliot, Nancy Silverton, Jennifer Jasinski, David Myers, Vinny Dotolo, David LeFevre, Josiah Citrin, Alex Seidel and Waylynn Lucas. The chefs will create seasonal dishes using produce from local purveyors/farmers providing the 600 guests tastes as well as recipe cards to prepare the dish at home. Savor The Season will also feature a kid’s zone with fun culinary activities including a mini-fonut baking lesson for 60 children by Waylynn Lucas. Diamond Adult (VIP) – $85 / Gold Adult – $65/Diamond Kid (VIP) – $35/Gold Kid – $25; Sunday March 23rd, 12-2:30 pm; Chefs’ Tasting Arena/Restaurant Stadium at L.A.
