Marina del Rey Boat Parade
Boats and yachts adorned with twinkling lights and decorations cruise their way through Marina del Rey for a holiday event like non other. A fireworks show over the water starts the 50-year-old tradition, so grab a front-row seat to the festivities by reserving a table at Cafe del Rey where you can dine on dishes like stuffed grape leaves with braised lamb and steak Oscar with Dungeness crab. Victor Drai’s Rare Debuts
The former BLT space is finally ready for its debut this Saturday! As you walk in, you are greeted by a long black bar lit by red sconces and candlelight. Library Bar’s Chris Hewes is behind the seasonal cocktail program and Lauren September from The Roosevelt’s Spare Room works along with him. Chef Patrick Florendo created a lighter cuisine that is olive oil based, with items like tuna tartars, steamed mussels, whole roasted loup de mar, peppered steaks, and f Snake River Farms wagu. Food will arrive to diners seated in rich leather booths or in plush chairs in a room reminiscent of Drai’s original La Cienga eatery and his Vegas afterhours haunt. Expect plenty of crimson reds and floral prints. Based on the menu and concept, nearby Boa may be in for some stiff competition. Saturday; 8720 W Sunset Blvd West Hollywood, CA 90069

Renegade Craft Fair
This fair is a curated indie-craft marketplace that has hundreds of talents in contemporary design and all things handmade. Cinefamily’s 3rd Annual 24 hour Variety Show Fundraiser
This unique theater holds its third-annual fundraiser this weekend with a 24-hour event/variety show. With special guests including Anjelica Huston, Bruce Dern (who will be presented with a lifetime achievement award), Mike Judge, Jena Malone, Gaslamp Killer, Busdriver, an assortment of live bands playing all day, and beverages and breakfast served all 24 hours on the theater’s patio, the event, which aims to raise $500,000 for operating costs and new equipment, should be a blast. RA MA Yoga Institute Album Prelaunch Party

Santa Monica Pub Crawl
The 5th Annual SANTA Monica Pub Crawl returns with more than 30 local bars and restaurants coming together to raise money for those in need through a partnership with the Westside Food Bank. Participating bars on Wilshire, Main Street, The Pier and the Third Street Promenade, will offer food and drink specials. Dress in Santa/holiday attire and an Instagram contest will award the crawler(s) with the most impressive holiday gear with a special prize. $10 gets you the official pub crawl wristband, which gets you access to food and drink specials at each location. There will also be a 5-year anniversary Official After Party with music, dancing, a photo booth, contests and more fun festivities (location will be announced the night of the crawl). Saturday, 5 pm-1 am
