Post & Beam’s Scotch & Steak Dinner

Chef Govind Armstrong’s Post & Beam partners up with the Los Angeles Scotch Club for a one-night only dinner. Indulge in a three-course prix fixe meal, complemented by a selection of six aged scotches.

Scotch Tasting includes Lochranza (Ilsa of Arran) 1996 Blackadder Cask Strength 17 Year Old; Dalmore 15 Year Old; Kilchoman 2006 5 Year Old; Hakushu Heavily Peated; Glen Grant Five Decades of Passion; and Aberlour A’bunadh Batch 34.                                                                             

The menu includes Post & Beam Iceberg Wedge with oven roasted tomatoes, balsamic onions, and house smoked bacon; Grilled Bistro Fillet with garden herbed peas and lobster hollandaise; and Classic Chocolate Soufflé.
