Bru’s Wiffle has been starting your mornings with churro waffles for a while now. (Come on, everyone should start with a sugar high)! Now, Bru’s Counter (10700 Santa Monica Blvd.; 310.474.9800) is serving Westwood lunch dishes like the Bru Chetta Sandwich (Chicken or Salmon, olive oil, garlic, tomato, red onion, Italian parsley, fresh basil);  Bru’s Banh Mi (Chicken or Salmon, carrots, daikon, chipotle mayo, cilantro, jalapeño, and a fried egg); Chipotle Patso (Crispy chicken, French fries, Napa Valley Cabbage, and chipotle sauce); Bru’s Classic Pinwheel Burger (peanut garlic kale slaw, parsley, oregano, olive oil, pepper, cilantro); Sliders or tacos you can get in chicken, salmon, beef, or crispy chicken (cheese burger tacos, anyone?); and salads like Salmon Shepherd  or the Strawberry Spinach Salad.
