The Mixing Room at JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE has launched a Street Food Series, just in time for the beginning of the NHL and NBA seasons. Before you hit the games at the Staples Center, enjoy a grab-and-go bite or lounge on the patio with a pre-game brew.
Designed to reflect the international food found on food trucks throughout LA, the rotating menu will feature Korean Style Tacos with Korean shortrib, Asian slaw, and garlic red chili sauce; Cuban Sandwiches with braised pork, ham, mustard, and housemade pickles; Salvadorian Pupusas with braised chicken, onion avocado, and spicy red salsa; and Farm Bread Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with gruyere, balsamic onion, and roasted tomato. Plus, each week, a craft brewery will be selected to be paired with the menu.
