Green Hour

Helping revamp Kendall’s Brasserie (135 N Grand Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90012; 213.972.7322) with some serious old school French flair, Paul Sanguinetti has traveled around the world to drink with and learn from the masters.  The result- the “Green Hour“, 8-10 pm every Monday-Friday, featuring exquisite absinthe cocktails paired with an equally satisfying small bites of artisan meats and cheese. Don’t be afraid…every Thursday from 8-8:30 pm, Paul will be there to personally guide you through drinking the mysterious spirit, and hallucinating is not one of them (unless you’re into that sort of thing. If that’s the case, Paul can probably still help you out…jokes). You probably didn’t know that absinthe actually has many medicinal properties in it. See, it’s good for you! One of the many things you will learn during the “Green Hour” in addition to having an expert properly prepare your absinthe cocktail, which is an art in itself. The Green Fairy is your friend.
