Aqua Lounge, is a new Champagne bar from Tyler Duncan (Onyx Lounge). The dark interior has a ton of bottles, 15 Champagnes by the glass, and cocktails. You can order glasses of 2002 Bernard Tornay for $15 or Louis Casters Cuvee Superieure for $14.
The menu, by chef Lionel Mugol (Takami), has sashimi, small plates like gougère and deviled eggs, and artisanal cheeses. Basically food that pairs well with the bubbly.
Open Tuesday-Friday, 6 pm-1:30 am, and Saturday until 1 am.
