The James Beard Foundation is hosting its first event in LA in six years with their Taste America® tour. “All Tracks Lead to LA,” will showcase the diversity of Los Angeles’ culinary scene during an evening at Downtown’s Union Station that will have food from food trucks to fine dining to breweries and bubbles.
Begin your evening on the South Patio at 6:30 pm with “Food Trucks for the Foundation,” featuring bites from The Grilled Cheese Truck, Komodo, Let’s Be Frank Dogs, Crepe’n Around, and Mariscos Jalisco. The Bruery will be providing beer and tunes from Black Crystal Wolf Kids.
Then at 8 pm, head into the original 1939 Grand Concourse where you will enjoy a five-course dinner from Taste America® “All-Star” Rick Bayless, Nobu Matsuhisa, Michael Cimarusti, Jeremy Fox, and Karen Hatfield. Each course will be paired with wine from Kunin, La Fenêtre, and Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte.
