Head through the large doors and get drinks like the Hakkas (vodka, sake, lychee and coconut), the Birds Nest Margarita or the Chinese Mule at the long marble bar or in the glowing golden and blue lounge, named Ling Ling. After your cocktails, head to your seat within cages of wood and marble. Order up shumai topped with flying fish caviar, hoisin-topped duck rolls, fried squid, steamed pork buns, pan-seared dumplings, grilled Chilean sea bass topped with fried shimeji mushrooms, Mongolian-sauced beef, hand-cut noodles are topped with crispy garlic, and Champagne silver cod.
