Truxton’s American Bistro has opened up from Tim Foley and John Kaufman their Westchester-based American restaurant in Santa Monica. Inside there is a cherry wood bar, partially open ceiling, and exposed brick. Munch on Firecracker Chicken Skewers, five cheese spinach dip, miso salmon, ahi tuna & avocado tower, kale & gorgonzola shells, and barbecue chicken pizza. Whole menu here.
There’s also a cask wine program created by Lou Moench (Father’s Office), with a focus on west coast winemakers, craft beer, and a full bar. Open Sunday-Thursday, 11 am-11 pm, and Friday & Saturday 11 am-midnight.
