The new Vietnamese spot, Phorage (3300 Overland Ave., Los Angeles, 90034) produced by chef Perry Cheung (ROC Kitchen, SF’s Slanted Door), and partners Jesse Duron (Hamasaku) and Eric Cho has officially soft opened.
You can see the menu (above),that has the usual Vietnamese staples like vermicelli noodles, Banh Mi, and pho. There’s no MSG, so you can expect a clean meal.
Open, 11:30 am-2:30 pm, and 6-9:30 pm, with planned late night service on weekends.
