Clover, (342 S. La Brea Ave., Los Angeles; 323.609.3903) is a juice bar and eaterie with an edge and it’s opening this Thursday. Located right next door to Moksha Yoga LA, the boutique space is a one-stop-shop that has cold-pressed juices that support local and sustainable farming, kombucha on tap, Stumptown coffee, salads & bites by Silverlake’s Flore Vegan, sandwiches from Executive Chef Bruce Kalman (The Churchill), and specialty pastries & sweets by Lauren Lobley (Charm City Cakes) – including vegan and gluten free options baked fresh daily. Each fresh, cold-pressed juice will be equivalent to 3 lbs of produce, and certain selections from the menu will change seasonally as juices will be based on what organic fruits and vegetables are available at the time from the farmers market and other local distributors.

With floor to ceiling subway tile, wooden furnishings and accents by neighborhood favorite Croft House, large hanging industrial chandelier, and wheatgrass and flower displays throughout, Clover is a perfect option for those looking to quickly grab something on the go. Benches line the front if you do have time to relax and enjoy the music on the outdoor speakers. Lab Art Gallery will provide a rotating roster of street art that will hang inside.

Fresh, cold-pressed juices will include The Clover (Kale, Cucumber, Celery, Spinach, Pear, Cilantro, Mint, Lime); Go Big (Beets, Kale, Carrot, Apple, Watercress, Lemon, Ginger); Gingersnap (Fuji Apple, Green Apple, Lemon, Ginger); The Quench (Watermelon, Lime, Mint); The Seasonal (Yam, Carrot, Apple, Ginger, Cinnamon); Rev’d Up (Lemon, Cayenne Pepper, Canadian Maple Syrup, Filtered Water); and Clean Green (Chlorophyll, Peppermint Oil, H2O). Power Shakes include Mighty Leaf (Frozen Mango, Kale, Greek Yogurt, Almond Milk, Spirulina, Raw Honey); Chia-Spa (Chia Seeds, Frozen Banana, Dates, Almond Butter, Almond Milk, Cinnamon); Anti-Ox (Vanilla Whey Powder, Frozen Cherries, Frozen Banana, Pomegranate juice); Mint Chocolate Sip (Chocolate Whey Powder, Raw Cacao Powder & Nibs, Banana, Canadian Maple Syrup, Fresh Mint); Rise & Grind (Espresso Cubes, Chocolate Why Powder, Raw Cacao Powder, Almond Milk, Canadian Maple Syrup); and The Go To (Whey Powder (Chocolate or Vanilla), Mixed Berries, Banana, Peanut Butter).
