UMAMIcatessen Launches New Market Driven Menu

UMAMIcatessen is proud to announce a newly launched Market Menu, putting a fresh, seasonal spin to their core menu of favorites from P!GG, Umami Burger and The Cure.

New items include produce driven small plates like flash fried crispy Brussels sprouts with honey mustard and parmesan (which I literally could not stop eating); carmelized squash with cumin yogurt, lime and smoked paprika; smoked sturgeon potato salad with truffled creme fraiche; cilantro ginger slaw with Asian pear, mint and pickled chiles; quinoa salad with citrus vinaigrette and more.

New salads have also been introduced to the menu so now you veggies can enjoy some UMAMI yumminess too. Salads include kale and butter lettuce; Caesar salad with grilled chicken and white anchovy; a chopped beet salad with albacore, chick peas, endive and gribiche dressing; or the new Greek Salad with marinated chicken, pickled peppers and feta vinaigrette. Everything was fresh, light and unlike anything you’d expect from UMAMI.

P!GG has introduced pork and oysters to their raw bar selection in addition to a P!GG breakfast sandwich with maple poached egg, sausage and pig ear bacon, which left us all speechless, and a whiskey bread pudding donut, topped with dried fruit and alongside an orange zested cream cheese.

Wash it all down with their new beer list. You won’t know where to start with all their selections!
