Caulfield’s, (9360 Wilshire; Beverly Hills; 310.273.1400) the resto that sits on the ground floor of Beverly Hills Thompson Hotel has a new an interior (by Heather Ashton: The Standard Hollywood) with clean white walls, faux leather arm chairs, new banquettes, perched marble-topped bar tables and a communal table (my fav) and an American-Mediterranean menu from new chef Stephen Kalt that has entrees like duck breast with gaviota strawberries & Padron peppers and classics like the lobster club.
