At Tortilla Republic, from 3 – 6 pm, Sunday Fundays feature a live DJ, special menu of small plates including Tortilla Republic’s signature dishes like Duck Confit Tacos (with sour cherry salsita, shaved radish and cilantro crema) and Tacos de Jicama (with thinly sliced jicama “tortillas”, shrimp, chipotle mayo, cilantro, red onion and avocado) and drink specials.
Also, beginning today, they introduce weekday lunch service. The lunch menu features light salads, innovative tacos and flavorful entrees including Shrimp Zarandeado Salad (with mixed greens, chile dusted watermelon, cantaloupe, tomato, red onion, almonds, jicama and home jalapeno vinaigrette) and Pescado Ala Pasilla tacos (with grilled ahi tuna, blood orange sauce, cabbage and lime pico de gallo). Lunch will be served Tuesday-Friday from 11:30 am-3 pm.
