The Hermosillo, (5125 York Blvd., Los Angeles, 90042; 323.739.6459) is a new hideout from the Covell guys, now open on York Boulevard. Inside this unassuming spot, you will find an easy, scruffy, neighborhood-y feel with a few roomy booths and a huge bar.
As for the drinks, the (Mostly Spanish, Mexican & Argentinian) wines change up often. Need to find a beer? Look to the old-school projector you had in grade school. It lights up the beer list on the wall above the 12 taps. Wine list here.
