Grab sandwiches like country pate with cornichon & mustard; hoof & mouth with pickled carrots & onions; and a liver pate with caramelized onions & arugula. Also munch on Fried Snacks like fries served with homemade “brainaise”and, of course, an Umami Burger. They now have a shrimp burger with yuzu kosho, wasabi potato salad. There’s also a doughnut-and-coffee spot serving donut’s tres leches cake and a Coffee espresso shot and a Jewish deli serving up Matzo ball soup called The Cure.
