The LudoTruck is going to be parked at NBC The Pointe in Burbank (2900 West Alameda) with new menu items from 11:30 am- 2 pm tomorrow. The newbies include Messy Shrimp PoBoy and a black truffle chicken sandwich served on a brioche bun. Then they head to Domaine LA (6801 Melrose Ave.) from 6-9 pm to serve a foie gras and corn soup, foie gras beignets and a foie gras terrine sandwich with celery root remoulade, apples, curry, dried fruit and crispy chicken skin.
