Rascal

Rascal, (801 S. La Brea Ave., Los Angeles, 90036) is a new gourmet sandwich and wine bar opening today across from the original Umami. Expect hot sandwiches like the chicken Dijon (sliced grilled chicken, Dijon butter) and the sirloin (marinated steak, blue cheese, and caramelized onions). Some of them you can switch from sandwich to salad and all plates cost either $10 or $12. The smaller bites & sides which range from $1-5 (grilled cheese and pb & j). Wine and craft beer (bottled, canned, and draft) are available and will change regularly. Open 5-11 pm…this spot has changed many times in the past few years. Here’s to a lil luck for Rascal.
