The Roof on Wilshire (6317 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, 90048; 323.852.6002) is joining the new outdoor rooftop trend! It’s an outdoor airy rooftop restaurant and lounge and it’s soft opening is tomorrow. Head over to the Hotel Wilshire and grab a table (or a cabana) looking over the pool or cozy up on the lounge furniture around the fire pit. Take in the 360-degree skyline views of the Hollywood Hills while you munch on a menu of “Bold American” food. Think comfort food with a twist, including, Absinthe-Steamed Mussels, BBQ Pork Steam Buns, along with some Horseshoes (rye whiskey, Pimm’s, sweet vermouth and lemonade). Officially opens September 22.
