Tomorrow Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bakery (235 North Canon Dr., Beverly Hills, 310.271.9910) debuts with espresso, quiche and sweet baked goods. It’s an quiet spot that looks like a classic boulangerie next to Bouchon’s little indoor-outdoor bar and under the lobby’s grand staircase. They will be serving equator espresso and a pain au chocolat, so grab yours and soak up the sun. (You can head back at lunch for the quiche, or one of their soups & salads). As for baked goods, there will be a changing mix of breads, cookies, croissants, tarts and coffee cakes.
