The Poutine Truck, is debuting tomorrow with fries covered in cheese curds and gravy. Their specialty are their hand-cut Kennebec potatoes, which they don’t fry up until you order them. Then choose chicken or beef based gravy and one of the three types of cheese (plain, garlic herb or jalapeño-spiked Firehouse). Form there you can add onions and more meat. Go all out and order up Lardon & Frites, which are fries and apple-smoked bacon.
