Olive Oil Obsessed

Oliana, (8951 Santa Monica Blvd., West Hollywood, 90069) opened today right next to the Pavilions in West Hollywood. Seems like we can add olive oil to the latest obsessions of LA (also including hot dogs, wursts, and pop-ups). This olive oil tasting bar and shop sells vinegar and other imported goods in addition to oils from Italy, Tunisia, Chile, California, Australia and Spain. They have 40 stainless steel tanks with various oils and vinegars and you can create custom oil and/or vinegar blends.
