Spa Lé La

Spa Lé La is the perfect spa for a person-on-the-go…especially parents, who know one hour of peace and quiet can be your greatest extravagance. I am not a parent, but I am guilty of finding a million reasons to put off my “me time”. Spa Lé La is changing how we find our time for ourselves.

Founder, Trina Renea, perfected the art of beautiful skin at her renowned Facial Bungalow, where Los Angeles women would go to, to look and feel fantastic. As an esthetician, Trina knows the power of relaxation and is now focusing on the whole body. She is giving busy urban people (and parents) what they have been asking for–the freedom to take a minute for themselves.

Offering complimentary on-site child care while enjoying spa services, organic nibbles, and luxurious beds, their goal is to make your self care a guilt-free and gloriously relaxing affair. Their services include massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, infrared sauna, baths, and a nap room (I love it)!

With affordable prices,  Spa Lé La makes a trip to the spa within everyone’s reach. I had a 25 minute bath and a 30 minute massage that left me completely relaxed. I tell myself all the time, “I am going to run myself a bath and take some time for me,” but it never happens. With a glass of champagne in my hand and soothing music, a bath by candle light at Spa Lé La is just what I needed. Plus, their bath tub has arm rests! A genius idea so you don’t slip into the tub. After my bath, I had a 30 minute massage and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. She focused on my shoulders, which I needed. Staring at a computer all day (like most of us), my face and neck get sore without even realizing it, so when she rubbed my temple and neck, it was the ultimate in relaxation. The combo treatment was a perfect way to get away from my daily stresses and relax.

Whether you are a parent or a person on the go, Spa Lé La is the perfect, affordable spa to get you that much needed you time. We all deserve it.
