Milk Jar Cookies (5466 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, 90036; 323.634.9800) is a new cookie spot by the Husband and wife, Courtney Cowan and Adam Tiller and it will (Move over cupcakes), make you feel like you’re sitting in your Grandma’s kitchen.
This bright, clean little space is opening today with a dining room table right in the middle, some glass jugs of milk in the fridge, and the scent of cookies floating down the street.
You can order a batch to go. They’ve got classics like chocolate chip cookies, White Chocolate Macadamia, and Cinnamon Sugar to more never-heard-of banana split cookies, Mint Chocolate, or chocolate pecan caramel. Over all they will be baking 14 flavors daily, which you can wash down with locally-sourced milk and Handsome Coffee beverages.
