Brunch at littlefork

Chef Jason Travi and littlefork (1600 Wilcox Ave., Hollywood; 323.465.FORK) have unveiled a new brunch menu which celebrates the flavors of the Atlantic Northeast and pays homage to the small cocktail fork. Located in the heart of Hollywood, littlefork opened in January of 2013 and provides a warm and inviting atmosphere for you to enjoy brunch in their main dining room, bar area or open air patio.

The brunch menu includes signature dishes like Maple Eggs with crispy bacon, Clams Casino with cracker stuffing and bacon; Portuguese Mussels with linguiça, chickpeas and beer; Lobster Roll with house made sea salt and vinegar chips, parker house bun; and Chowder with clams, bacon, and oyster crackers. In addition, brunch plates include Hasty Pudding with braised greens, poached egg, and hot sauce; Good Morning Burger with red corn pancakes, linguica sausage, runny egg, maple syrup; and Nutella Stuffed French Toast with hazelnut, banana, and maple syrup. Desserts provide comfort and distinct flavors with offerings like Whoopie Pie, Apple Cider Donuts with apple butter and salted caramel, and Buttermilk Maple Pie with whipped cream and candied orange zest.

Bar master Dino Balocchi has created hand-crafted cocktails like Bourbon Bramble, with old bardstown 90 bourbon, mure combier, lemon, maple syrup, angostura bitters; Chartreuse Sour with green chartreuse, letherbee gin, pineapple, lime, falernum, egg white, nutmeg; and the Cocchi Spritz with cocchi Americano, lemon, splash of malort, prosecco, grapefruit that complement the East Coast-inspired menu

The brunch will be served on Saturday & Sunday from 11 am-3 pm with an a la carte menu and $1 Naked Cowboy Oysters and $5 Applewood Smoked Bloody Larry.
