Opened yesterday, their main focus is bao, (obviously) which are steamed, soft buns stuffed with assorted fillings (duck confit to to Tai peanut chicken to grilled pork loin). They also have other Asian inspired salads, small bites, rice bowls, noodles, and soups all at affordable prices. They even have dessert bao (Chocolate S’more Bao). In addition to beer (both bottled and draft) and wine, they serve up some creative cocktails, like a Wet Cucumber (Hendrick’s Gin, cucumber, fresh lime juice, mint), Basil Lemonades, Hemingway Daiquiris or a Coffee Toffee Stout Float.
