Gobi’s (2827 W Sunset Blvd., Silver Lake; 213.989.0711) has a new all-day happy hour…I guess we can call it happy day? It’s every Thursday, and it means while you scarf on stir-fried meats, get $3 beers and $4 wines. Thursdays, 11:30 am-10 pm.
