Wellness Weekend at the 3rd Street Promenade
May is National Mental Health Awareness Month and Santa Monica’s 3rd Street Promenade is hosting a weekend filled with wellness. In collaboration with the National Alliance of Mental Illness Westside Los Angeles (NAMI WLA), the weekend will feature a free yoga class with Purposeful Pixie, breathing exercises, music and storytelling.
