Satisfaction: Fulfillment of one’s wishes, expectations, or needs. This pretty much sums up my feelings after trying Rubio’s Chimichurri Two Taco Plate. Derived from Argentina, chimichurri is a flavorful sauce composed of basil, parsley, garlic and olive oil. It serves as the perfect marinade to your choice of Wild Alaska Coho Salmon, steak or chicken. I chose the salmon and it was delicious. The tacos are paired with your choice of veggies in a lemon agave vinaigrette or tortilla chips and beans.
I was so focused on my food that I didn’t notice my co-worker was smiling from ear to ear while eating the new Chipotle Ranch Chicken Burrito. Apparently she loved every bite of this meal. Her favorite part – the mélange of flavors. Each burrito comes with fire-roasted corn, Mexican rice, black beans and tortilla strips. The fixings are mixed with Rubio’s chipotle ranch dressing, giving it that extra punch of taste.
Make sure to try the Chimichurri Two Taco Plate and the Chipotle Ranch Chicken Burrito soon, as these items are only available for limited time. If you want that Ariel touch, treat yourself to a dessert too. My favorite – Rubio’s lemon bar!
