In each bowl,  the highest quality of ingredients complement and highlight each other exquisitely.  Some of the highlights of the rotating menu are Shrimpin’ Ain’t Easy, (shrimp, masago, nori, togarashi, and hawaiian roll), the Bang Bang (Tuna, charred pineapple ,caramelized onion, thai basil and garlic chip), and Hama Time, featuring Hamachi yellowtail, citrus soy, edamame and watermelon radish.
