Get to the LA Coliseum for LA Weekly’s celebration of the pairing that never goes out of style. The Springs Monthly Wine Tasting with Vegan Food Pairing
The Springs, located in DTLA’s Arts District, is a one-stop-shop for wellness. Angel City Brewery Celebrates the 3rd Annual Avocado Festival
Celebrate avocados at Angel City Brewery’s Avocado Festival, which was first started in 2013 and now this green-themed event has games, music, food, art and more. The Avocado Ale is brewed with avocados and guacamole-inspired ingredients like fresh cilantro, crushed red pepper and lime, is a refreshing ale with a smooth finish. Kegs of Avocado Ale will be tapped at the start of the event, and will be available at the Angel City Public House. Beyond the beer, Angel City has a full lineup of events for the day, including: Avocado Ale food pairings by The Surfer Taco, Brewwings, Si Paletas & The Green Truck; Brewer-led tours with a focus on the Avocado Ale brewing process; live chalk art; specialty flight bars; Avocado Bazaar presented by Raven Gypsies; avocado corn hole; an avocado hunt; avocado photo booth; gallery exhibit by PJ Andrews; and live music in our beer hall by: Michelle E. Buzz, Team Vendetta, Angeles Flight, Fungame, Seaghouls, Denmantau, and The Bloodhounds.
