West Hollywood’s caviar house, Petrossian, is sharing the secrets of many of the restaurant’s signature items in an exclusive cooking demo and dinner series beginning on February 27. Each month Executive Chef Giselle Wellman will guide you through easy to execute recipes of popular items like the Egg Royale, Caviar Salad, Caviar Pasta, and the decadent Vanilla Panna Cotta with caviar espresso. Following the demo, enjoy a luxurious five-course dinner menu.
