We have all heard about the recent production stoppage Sriracha hot sauce. (Lets shed a tear). Well, BLD chef Neal Fraser and chef de cuisine Lewis Chan have got the goods and are having a five-course Sriracha dinner. Feast on items like lobster rolls with Sriracha aioli and rib eye poutine with Sriracha gravy. Pastry chef Mariah Swain is making S’mores with a Sriracha marshmallow. Plus, a Sriracha cocktail is in the works too. Fill your frig with milk now to cool the burn.
