Chris Cosentino’s Pigg packs in all the pork you can eat with dishes like Iberico de bellota crudo (pork sushi), crispy pigs’ ears with Brainaise sauce or “Cured” bacon (15 from the US, Spain & Italy). Grab sandwiches like country pate with cornichon & mustard; hoof & mouth with pickled carrots & onions; and a liver pate with caramelized onions & arugula. Also munch on Fried Snacks like fries served with homemade “brainaise”and, of course, an Umami Burger. They now have a shrimp burger with yuzu kosho, wasabi potato salad. There’s also a doughnut-and-coffee spot serving donut’s tres leches cake and a Coffee espresso shot and a Jewish deli serving up Matzo ball soup called The Cure.
