818 Outpost Returns to the Desert with Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian Barker, Lizzo, & More

818 Tequila, the award-winning, hand-crafted tequila brand founded by Kendall Jenner, returned to the desert for the fourth annual 818 Outpost, this year presented by Cash App. Taking place April 10th during festival weekend in Indio, California, the invite-only gathering brought together festival-goers, creators, and friends of the brand for an afternoon of live music, immersive brand experiences, and specialty 818 tequila cocktails. Set within a striking open-air environment inspired by Mid-Century Goggie architecture and Palm Springs modernism, the space blended breezeblock textures and retro-futurist design with a high-energy, sun-soaked atmosphere.

Celeb Performances

The day was anchored by a headlining performance from Kaytranada, drawing a packed crowd to the stage as guests danced with signature 818 cocktails in hand. In a standout moment, Justine Skye joined Kaytranada onstage for a special performance, followed by Lizzo, who jumped onstage and twerked during the set, further energizing the crowd.

The Star-Studded Guest List

The 818 Outpost celebrity guest list did not disappoint — Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner brought their signature desert energy, while Kourtney Kardashian Barker, Lizzo, Winnie Harlow, Barbie Ferreira, and Damson Idris were among the star-studded crowd soaking up the vibes. Justine Skye, Evan Ross, Shaun Ross, Rich the Kid, and a slew of other familiar faces rounded out an attendance list that proved once again — when 818 throws a party in the desert, everyone shows up.

Kendall Jenner hosted the event and later joined friends and family in the Delilah Reserve Lounge by the h.wood Group, where attendees relaxed with cocktails and bites in a more intimate setting.

818 cocktails remained a focal point, with signature serves including Ranch Water, Desert Spritzes, and frozen daiquiris from Fat Tuesday, keeping guests cool as temperatures rose and the dancefloor filled. 

Brand Activations

Throughout the space, brand partners were seamlessly integrated into the experience. Cash App activated poolside with interactive moments designed around its “pools” feature, while Postmates returned with the Postmates Pit Stop, an open-air food garden featuring Ggiata, Heavy Handed, HomeState and Puesto, where attendees gathered between sets. Puesto debuted its first DTC salsa product, offering a fresh take on its signature flavors. 

Snapchat delivered one of the most interactive moments on-site with a custom photobooth featuring 818 lenses and a build-your-own keychain station, tapping into a sense of nostalgia while creating personalized takeaways. 

Making its West Coast debut, Blank Street Coffee served matcha, coffee, and 818-infused cocktails, while teasing its upcoming Los Angeles launch. Additional beverage moments included the LaCroix Water Diner with cocktails and mocktails, alongside non-alcoholic offerings from UPDATE, PATH, and Crazy Mountain. 

New product moments were introduced across the Outpost, including Sprinter unveiling its K20 release. Khloud made a standout debut with an immersive, casino-inspired activation, where guests engaged in playful gaming moments for the chance to win exclusive prizes, bringing a high-energy, experiential layer to the brand’s new Protein Chips. 

Salt & Stone debuted its limited-edition collaboration with 818 Tequila, Amber & Agave, a body care collection inspired by the notes of 818 Añejo. Additional activations across the grounds included Rhode introducing its new Caramelized Banana Peptide Lip Treatment, paired with a custom 818 cocktail. Lemme provided gummy vitamins and wellness shots, while HydroJug hosted custom laser-engraved tumbler activations. 

Additional participating brands included Rhode introducing its new Caramelized Banana Peptide Lip Treatment, paired with complementary 818 cocktail, alongside on-site product moment. Anablue, Fruit Riot, Kylie Cosmetics, Loops Beauty, Mane, Simplehuman, Tangle Teezer, TYB, Uber, Urban Decay, Youth To The People, and 818 Hot Honey Margaritas with Hot Girl Pickles, each contributing dedicated experiences and offerings throughout the event.
